Legion of the Black

Legion of the Black is a 45 minutes long movie that tells the visual story of the concept presented in the album Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones. It was screened at the Silent Movie Theater in Los Angeles, California on December 21, 22 and 23. The Special Edition and Ultimate Edition of Wretched And Divine both include a DVD titled BVB in the Studio: The Making of Wretched And Divine, which depicts behind the scenes footage of Black Veil Brides' making of the album, and the full-lenght movie. Now the movie is nearly known as exremly hard to find and watch or to maybe even buy. due to the fact that it is silent movie about the album and not a documentry. Even though many fans don't mind and are much happier that its not some kind of documentry. 

Story

Exordium (black screen)

The Story Of The Wild Ones is with a intense black screen with nothing but the voice of the Black Veil Brides 'front man,Andy Biersack. This makes the darkness more inimantiting and gives the color black a bigger defiontion. He does this by telling a small and dark 30 second  passage about " the kingdom of god " witch greatins the theme of legion of the black. exordium is also 1 out of 2 speaking demos on the album wretched and divine. exordium is later followed up on the album with abyence, witch is him speaking of a disbelief for god. 

Wretched And Divine

The camera follows Eve Black, a Rebel and big fan of Black Veil Brides, as she walks to and into her school, waving at a group of students in the process. Her teacher notices she's distracted writing and illustrating a story on her BVB binder, called Legion of the Black, and listening to music. She angrily rips Eve's earphones off and then sends her to the Principal, who calls her parents.

I Am Bulletproof

The scene changes to a desert set in a second dimension, where we see the band playing (they also sing in front of a water tank at night and in the church throughout the movie). Simultaneously, Eve, who's wearing a black mask with horns, is running while holding a BVB pentacharm. She's being followed by a Shadow, a soldier of the F.E.A.R. (For Every and All Religion) organization, who carries a long spear decorated with what appears to be its symbol, as it's also seen on the outside of F.E.A.R.'s headquarters. She tries to stop him with the amulet, but he slaps it away and kills her with the weapon. The Shadow vanishes, and Eve is left weak and bleeding, looking up at the square building near her.

F.E.A.R. Transmission 1: Stay Close

Inside the building, some of the Wild Ones are trapped in group cells, and a voice begins to speak through speakers. It's the Voice of F.E.A.R., encouraging the prisoners not to escape to their free friends, but to stay where they are, close to F.E.A.R.

Lost It All

Back to reality, Eve's parents tell her in their house that they're sending her to a mental ward. She tries to leave by herself, but two nurses arrive, sedate her, and take her and her parents on an ambulance, several people watching them leave. Meanwhile, the dying Eve in the desert reaches out for her pentacharm before passing away. The Prophet walks over to her, picks her up, and takes her to the Wild Ones refuge, just as a group of nurses (check out their IDs, they're quite interesting) carry a crying Eve into the hospital, separating her from her parents. One of them takes off her boots and BVB jacket and leads her into her gloomy room. All the Wild Ones, led by The Mourner, The Mystic, The Deviant and The Destroyer, come out of their hiding place and head over to The Prophet as he lays Eve's body down. A skeleton Black Veil Bride (played by Juliet Simms) is seen singing backing vocals throughout the song.

F.E.A.R. Transmission 2: Trust

The Voice of F.E.A.R. claims the Rebels's beliefs are false, which is why everyone should trust F.E.A.R. instead.

New Year's Day

There's a speaker in Eve's room, where she plays with her pentacharm (it's all about the pentacharm ♥) and falls asleep. Meanwhile, the Wild Ones prepare Eve's body and The Mystic creates fire, cremating it. Black ashes fly up into the sky and fall on Eve's room, waking her up. She gathers some of them and paints a Shadow on the wall, standing back to stare at it.

Days Are Numbered

A few Shadows capture a small group of the Wiid Ones,  taking them to the F.E.A.R. headquarters. Two nurses burst into Eve's room and take her to a room with what seems to be an electroshock machine after seeing  her 'painting' through a camera placed in the room. Eve is seen crouched down and yelling losing all she has left of her mind.  The captive Wild Ones bang on the doors trying to find a way to make it out before f.e.a.r. desides what is going to be done to them.

Resurrect The Sun

Eve is carried back to her room in a wheelchair by a nurse with an interesting ID. All the while, she plays with her pentacharm, staring ahead. She's wearing normal (fresh from the washing machine!) clothes, and her makeup is fading. The Wild Ones get their warpaint, banners and weapons ready and march to battle against F.E.A.R. Eve touches the now cleaned up wall and freaks out, throwing the bedsheets on the floor and flipping the chair and table. She breaks the camera with one of the table's legs and a hand in a black glove drops a key into her room through a small hole near the door.

Overture

Eve walks out of her room and walks through the hallway of the hospital on the edge of insantiy,eventually walking inside a church ( for everyday religion ) and starts to pray to god to make it out of the battle in her mind alive. 

Shadows Die

The Wild Ones stand in front of the Shadows armed with spears, a boy walks to the front and throws a pentacharm at the Lead Shadow but he catches it and the boy returns to the back. The Destroyer punches the floor and dust flies up, blowing the building's door down so they can enter and free their fallen brothers. Shadows appear behind Eve while she prays. The Voice of F.E.A.R., spitting dark blood, calls the Wild Ones back into their cells, but, of course, they disobey. And yes, all the Shadows die.

F.E.A.R. Final Transmission

The Voice of F.E.A.R. assures that even though they've been defeated, they'll rise back up because they cannot fully die.

Done For You

Eve leaves the church and the hospital (cutely smiling), actually entering the second dimension. Her parents walk into her room (I want her silhouettes cushion) and realize their huge mistake, a little too late.

F.E.A.R. Transmission 3: As War Fades

Eve steps out of the building, holding a pentacharm (wow), and a Shadow materializes behind her, hitting her head with his spear. The Voice of F.E.A.R. predicts the Rebels's (bad) future.

In The End

Here it's just the guys playing in the different locations. But isn't that why we're all really here??

Ending

The Serpentine Matriarch spits out dark blood and smiles. Apparently this means she's creating new Shadows. Meaning there might be a Legion of the Black 2. I don't know, that's what Wikipedia said.

Wretched And Divine plays through the credits.
